Uly, could you take a look at this discussion:
I wonder why the Present Perfect is used with "get used to." I understand why the perfect is used in questions, but I don't see any special difference between "He got used to it" and He HAS got used to it" unless it's used with "now."
I think it's better to say "He IS used to it" just to avoid confusion with the simple "He HAS GOT.'
Please advise.

Personally, I would say HE’S GOTTEN. The perfect here can be interpreted as ALREADY.
