The translation would be более нижних цен. If it were the resultative alternative, it would be “lowered” prices.

Сомневаюсь, можно ли просто перевести, как "сниженных цен" или лучше "более низких цен".

This just means a word that refers to the result of an action - in this case the act of “lowering” prices.
