Всё продаётся и покупается
Everything has a price.
Everything has its price.
everything is bought, everything is sold
everything is up for sale
Dmitry's translation implies that every "pleasure' has consequences. Is that what this means? Or is it simply a general statement that anything can be commercialized?
the original Russian phrase means that there is nothing sacred, everything can be bought for a price
With that meaning, I would say A price, and not ITS price.
