What would this have to do with the Persian calendar?
Because it's bviously some fiction, not real 1952
But dates are used in fiction all the time… it doesn’t mean they belong to the Persian calendar, no?
Well, I can only guess. From fiction one can expect anything. IMO, referring to Associated Press for such a big event like third satellite makes little sense, BUT
1. in fact it's the third SPECIAL satellite "with the capability of sending radio signals down to Earth and taking measurements of the radiation in space"
2. 2021 = 1400 AP, that at a closer look makes theory much less likely
Dude, when (AP) appears in a byline after a date, it’s the Associated Press that’s reporting.
OK, Associated Press it is then
👍🏼
the first satellite ever was put into orbit in 1957 by the USSR
Это же фантастика
On a cold spring night in 1952, a meteorite falls to earth and destroys much of the eastern seaboard of the United States, including Washington D.C. The Meteor, as it is popularly known, decimates the U.S. government and paves the way for a climate cataclysm that will eventually render the earth inhospitable to humanity. This looming threat calls for a radically accelerated timeline in the earth’s efforts to colonize space, and allows a much larger share of humanity to take part in the process.
