Hier steht bei Ankunft und Abflug ein Personal Assistant für die persönliche Betreuung zur Verfügung. Er begleitet sie zum Beispiel auf verkürztem Weg durch die Sicherheits-, Pass- und Zollkontrolle.

A personal assistant is on hand at departure and arrival to escort and fast-track them through security, passport and customs controls.

Der FAST mit dem Remote Assistant berichtet auch darüber, ob der ERI gesetzt oder ein elektrischer Neustart vorgefallen ist (mittels zweier Pieptöne und einer gelben Aktivatorleuchtanzeige).

FAST with the Remote Assistant also reports if the ERI has been set or an electrical reset has occurred (indicated by two beeps and a yellow light from the activator).
