"equipment" means arms, ammunition, clothing, armlets, badges, steel helmets and other appointments being the property of the Government issued to a member of the Corps;

No one may carry any infectious disease pathogen, and explosive, flammable, radioactive, corrosive or any other dangerous substances, or illegally carry any gun, ammunition or controlled tool into the spot of the commercial performances.
