After receiving the report on the claims by interested party or parties, the people's court shall make a written order to terminate the procedure for publicizing public notice for assertion of claims, and notify the applicant and the payor.

人民法院收到利害关系人的申报后，应当裁定终结公示催告程序，并通知申请人和支付人。

Where a person to whom these Rules apply asserts that any practice year is an exempted practice year in relation to him, he shall, if so requested by the Society, make a statutory declaration of the facts upon which he makes the assertion.

凡本规则适用的人声称任何执业年度就他而言属获豁免执业年度，如律师会要求他就其声称所基于的事实作出法定声明，他须如此作出法定声明。
