Is this sentence correct?
There is a major discrepancy on the drawings you sent to us: our structural designer told us that they meant to use the strip foundation even though the attached drawings show the isolated foundation type.

Nijat Merzoyev, я не совсем понял, что значит they prepared. Они уже заложили этот фундамент физически или только предполагают использовать этот тип?
Если фундамент уже на земле, то я бы сказал our srtuctural designer told us that they have already built the strip foundation.
