This actually means more than just ENJOY depending on the context: (1) HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY to enjoy: Our flight was canceled, so we GOT TO ENJOY an extra day in Paris. (=we got the opportunity to enjoy one more day). (2) HAVE THE RIGHT to enjoy: People with golden passes GET TO ENJOY a cocktail reception before the event. This interpretation is especially valid in the negative, as a restriction: People without a golden ticket DON'T GET TO ENJOY the cocktail reception before the event. (3) HAVE THE TIME to enjoy: If your still in Chicago over New Year's, I hope you GET TO enjoy the fireworks display on the lake. (=I hope you have the time to see...)
