The refusal of the donor to execute the donation contract on the grounds, stipulated by Items 1 and 2 of this Article, shall not entitle the donee to claim damages.

Отказ дарителя от исполнения договора дарения по основаниям, предусмотренным пунктами 1 и 2 настоящей статьи, не дает одаряемому права требовать возмещения убытков.

Donation, accompanied by the transfer of the gift to the donee, may be accomplished orally, except for the cases, provided for by Items 2 and 3 of this Article.

Дарение, сопровождаемое передачей дара одаряемому, может быть совершено устно, за исключением случаев, предусмотренных пунктами 2 и 3 настоящей статьи.

Donation by means of the execution of the donee's duty to a third party shall be effected with the observance of the rules, provided for by Item 1 of Article 313 of this Code.

Дарение посредством исполнения за одаряемого его обязанности перед третьим лицом осуществляется с соблюдением правил, предусмотренных пунктом 1 статьи 313 настоящего Кодекса.
