Списание дебиторской задолженности по подконтрольному контрагенту не производилось, долгов, по которым истек срок исковой давности, долгов, нереальных к взысканию на 31.12.2010 г., нет.

Debt receivable write-off for the under control counterpart was not made, debts on which term of limitation of actions has expired, debts unreal to collect as on 31.12.2010 are not present.

Если в соответствии с договором подряда результат работы принят заказчиком по частям, течение срока исковой давности начинается со дня приемки результата работы в целом.

If under the work and labour contract the result of the work has been accepted in parts, the period of limitation shall begin to run since the day of the acceptance of the result of the work as a whole.

Требование о защите нарушенного права принимается к рассмотрению судом независимо от истечения срока исковой давности.

The claim for the protection of the violated right shall be accepted by the court for consideration regardless of the expiry of the term of the limitation of actions.

Данный абзац проекта закона содержит специальное правило в отношении истечения срока исковой давности, в соответствии с которым он продлевается на период ведения административного процесса картельным ведомством.

The aforementioned paragraph of the bill contains a special rule concerning expiry of the term of legal actions according to which it is prolonged for the duration of the conduction of administrative procedure by the cartel authority.
