Исчисляемое, но часто, когда говорят о большом произведении или куске текста, где большое количество диалогов, то называют это все dialog.

Это casual language, в Америке это нормально, они часто упрощают бытовую речь.

I've recently seen "London Irish". have you seen? Does every Irishman talk so? :) I mean an Irish accent.

Oh yes I've seen it :) My husband is pure Irish (Cork, Rep. of Ireland). And my step-daughter's name is Niamh :) Irish accent is pretty hard to understand, yeah. Took me some time to get used to it :)

Look up for "D'Unbelievables" on YouTube :) The very essence of Irish accent is right there :)

The world is a small place. :) When I was watching I wasn't able to get almost anything :) Why did they shoot only four episodes? That was amusing.
