thanks but what does neck mean can you explain it i couldnt fit this in my language

it's a bit difficult to judge without any context, but I think it's something along the lines of “put your head on the chopping block” or “get into the noose”. in Russian there is an expression “намылить шею”. literally it means “to soap somebody's neck”, but as an idiom it means “to give someone a scolding/to punish”.
so I guess that in this case the phrase means “you've done something wrong. get ready for scolding/punishment”.
