Rip off two tomatoes. It would be enough for the salad. We also have some greens. (?)
Сорви два помидора. Этого на салат хватит. Есть ещё зелень.
Go pick a couple of tomatoes. This would be enough for a salad. We also have some greens here.

Or tear off? I'm in the doubts about that
There's some greens
Rip off two tomatoes, please. It seems to be enough for a salad. There's some greens there.
Андриолли, ни rip off, ни tear off никогда не используются в значении «срывать/собирать». Используется глагол «to pick»: to pick tomatoes/strawberries/apples/mushrooms etc.
(Go) pick two tomatoes - that’ll be enough for the salad. We also have fresh herbs.🤔
