Андриолли, ни rip off, ни tear off никогда не используются в значении «срывать/собирать». Используется глагол «to pick»: to pick tomatoes/strawberries/apples/mushrooms etc.

(Go) pick two tomatoes - that’ll be enough for the salad. We also have fresh herbs.🤔
