OK. You must be right, though I didn't find any examples online.

And you won't find them because it's another example of something that nobody says or writes. One of the obscure meanings of SHUT UP is to be confined in a space with someone. I can only imagine that's what he means because otherwise it doesn't make any sense.

OK. ) I just went one step further in "imagining", and made a final conclusion : if she is allowed to stay with the guy, her life will be ruined. Is my imagination that far from being correct? That's what I meant.
