Лично думаю, что нормального перевода здесь нет. Насколько я знаю словосочетание "used to" означает "иметь привычку" и употребляется только в прошлом времени. В тетраде задание стоит следующим образом: Complete the sentences with the correct form of "used to" and the verb in brackets. А вот собственно и предложение: my sister ____________ (not/play) the piano, but now she doesn't.
