'Seasoned meat' shall be uncooked meat that has been seasoned either in depth or over the whole surface of the product with seasoning either visible to the naked eye or clearly distinguishable by taste.

Als „gewürzt" gilt nichtgegartes Fleisch, bei dem die Wurzstoffe in das Innere eingedrungen oder auf allen Flachen des Erzeugnisses verteilt und mit bloßem Auge oder deutlich durch Geschmack wahrnehmbar sind.
