Prestige Southern Star RERA
The Prestige Southern Star project is RERA approved by the Karnataka Real Estate Regulatory Authority. The upcoming launch of this Prestige Group project is scheduled for March 22, 2025, with completion expected within four years. After the inspection, the Completion Certificate (CC) will be issued, followed by the Occupancy Certificate (OC) in September 2029. The RERA number for Prestige Southern Star is PR/210325/007603, and bookings for the units have already begun.
Developed by Prestige Group, the project is located in a prime area on Begur Road, South Bangalore. The builder has also obtained approvals from BBMP, BMRDA, BDA, and several banks.
