not the best use of CONCEIVE, and definitely not idiomatic. When you think someone is secretly planning something, you say What are you up to?

Thanks, I thought "what are you up to" is kinda neutral. Same as "what are you doing"...
It means that too. Yet here it implies that you suspect somebody of doing something or planning to do something underhanded.
