не всегда "сделать" - это именно сейчас. прим. Я должен это сделать! (не сейчас, а вообще). контекст и смысл надо учитывать

its difference in time. "делать" - it's doing something at that moment and "сделать" - it's the same meaning but do something in the future

сделать - you are interested in a result here, you've done smth or you will do it. Example: Мы сделали/сделаем работу. Делать - the result here is not important. The process is impirtant. Example: Мы делали/делаем работу
