Whereas an invitation to tender for the refund and/or the tax for the export of rye to all third countries was opened pursuant to Commission Regulation (EC) No 1746/98 (5);

in Erwägung nachstehender Gründe: Eine Ausschreibung der Erstattung und oder der Abgabe bei der Ausfuhr von Roggen nach allen Drittländern wurde durch die Verordnung (EG) Nr. 1746/98 der Kommission (5) eröffnet.

where the percentage of grain impurities exceeds 2 % for durum wheat, 3 % for rye, 4 % for maize and sorghum, and 5 % for common wheat and barley a reduction of EUR 0,05 shall be applied for each additional 0,1 percentage point;

Übersteigt der Anteil an Kornbesatz bei Hartweizen 2 %, bei Roggen 3 %, bei Mais und Sorghum 4 % und bei Weichweizen und Gerste 5 %, so gilt für jeden weiteren Anteil von 0,1 % ein Abschlag von 0,05 EUR.

No action shall be taken on the tenders notified from 23 to 29 October 1998 in response to the invitation to tender for the refund or the tax for the export of rye issued in Regulation (EC) No 1746/98.

Die im Rahmen der Ausschreibung der Erstattung oder der Abgabe bei der Ausfuhr von Roggen gemäß der Verordnung (EG) Nr. 1746/98 vom 23. bis zum 29. Oktober 1998 eingereichten Angebote werden nicht berücksichtigt.

For tenders notified from 27 February to 5 March 1998, pursuant to the invitation to tender issued in Regulation (EC) No 1338/97, the maximum refund on exportation of rye shall be ECU 39,95 per tonne.

Die Höchsterstattung bei der Ausfuhr von Roggen wird für die vom 27. Februar bis zum 5. März 1998 im Rahmen der Ausschreibung gemäß der Verordnung (EG) Nr. 1338/97 eingereichten Angebote auf 39,95 ECU je Tonne festgesetzt.
