In view of the intake concern, the Committee decided to withdraw the draft MRL for cabbage, head and to recommend revocation of the CXL for the same commodity at the same level.

En vista de las preocupaciones sobre la ingestión, el Comité decidió suprimir el proyecto de LMR para las lechugas arrepolladas y recomendó que se revocara el CXL para el mismo producto al mismo nivel.

The Committee decided to return the MRL for cabbages, head to Step 6 due to short-term intake concerns and noted that indoxacarb has been scheduled for evaluation by 2007 JMPR (alternative GAPs).

El Comité decidió devolver al trámite 6 el LMR para las coles debido a preocupaciones para la ingestión a corto plazo y tomó nota de que el indoxacarb estaba programado para evaluación por la JMPR en 2007 en cuanto a BPA alternativas.

Se admiten tolerancias de calidad y de calibre en cada envase o en cada lote en el caso de los repollos expedidos a granel, para los productos que no se ajusten a las caracteristicas de su categoria .
