"first processor" means any user of agricultural raw materials who undertakes the first processing thereof with a view to obtaining one or more of the products referred to in Article 88 of Regulation (EC) No 1782/2003.

The first processor shall pay the fixed part of the premium and, where applicable, the variable part of the premium and the specific aid, to the producer concerned within 10 days of the date on which they receive the amounts in question.
