Инфинитивный оборот (Infinitive clause), включающий инфинитив с частицей to, можно опустить, оставив частицу to, в том случае, если из контекста понятно, о чем идет речь.
Глагол be не может быть опущен после частицы to.
после глагола like инфинитивный оборот опускается вместе с частицей to.
