In this case market participants signing the agreement establish contractual relations with the regulatory body and it becomes possible to apply judicial measures against them for breach of contract with the regulatory body.

В этом случае участники рынка, подписавшие кодекс, оказываются в договорных отношениях с регулирующим органом, и становится возможным их преследование по суду за нарушение договора с регулирующим органом.

Unless otherwise stipulated by the law or the contract, the customer and the subcontractor shall not have the right to make to each other claims relating to the breach of the contracts, concluded by each of them with the general contractor.

Если иное не предусмотрено законом или договором, заказчик и субподрядчик не вправе предъявлять друг другу требования, связанные с нарушением договоров, заключенных каждым из них с генеральным подрядчиком.
