If the judges concerned were not allowed to continue to adjudicate in those cases, it would be necessary to start the trials anew with fresh panels of judges and to order the rehearing of witnesses and the representation of arguments.

Если этим судьям не будет разрешено продолжить рассмотрение данных дел, то эти процессы необходимо будет начинать сначала с новым составом судей и заново заслушивать свидетелей и представлять аргументы.
