No person shall, without reasonable excuse, stand upon the gangway or other accessway to or from any ferry vessel, or otherwise impede access to or long the gangway or other accessway to the ferry vessel.

任何人无合理辩解，不得站在上落任何渡轮用的跳板或其他通路上，或以任何其他方式阻碍来到渡轮的跳板的信道或其沿接地方，或阻碍来到渡轮的其他通路或其沿接地方。
