The levy standard of water resource fee for the water drawn for agricultural production shall be lower than those of water for other uses, and the levy standard of water resource fee for grain crops shall be lower than those of economic crops.

农业生产取水的水资源费征收标准应当低于其他用水的水资源费征收标准，粮食作物的水资源费征收标准应当低于经济作物的水资源费征收标准。
