Состав Совета директоров Общества избирается из числа акционеров Общества - физических лиц, а также лиц, предложенных к избранию в Совет директоров в качестве представителей интересов акционеров.

The members of the Company’s Board are elected among the shareholders of the Company being individual persons as well as among the persons proposed for the election to the Board of Directors being the representatives of shareholders’ interests.
