It has to be either
от отеля ДО аэропрта
OR
до отеля ОТ аэропорта

Да, "трансфер" - именно так и говорят. Никогда не приходилось сталкиваться с transportation. Хотя может быть в Америке так говорят. Не была там, не знаю.

We use TRANSFER here too, but it’s when you arrange for transportation to or from the airport in advance. In this post, I thought the person was asking if there was transportation or a shuttle to or from the airport.

Again, she wants the hotel to take her from the airport and she's asking how much do they usually charge for that.
Grumbler, I guess, though faulty, the Russian means Сколько будет стоить ВАШ трансфер/трансфер Вашего отеля от аэропорта (до Вашего отеля)/Если я закажу трансфер от аэропорта у Вас, сколько он будет стоить? That attempt to be succinct ended up being a failure.
