If this is in reference to an ecosystem that doesn't sustain life - like another planet, then it's NOT SUITABLE FOR LIFE or DOESN'T SUSTAIN LIFE. If it's in reference to filthy, rat-infested housing or dangerous neighborhoods, then it's UNACCEPTABLE LIVING CONDITIONS.
