I think you can translate this to English better than any of us. The Russian text seems to be pretty unambiguous.

No, hon. You can refer to somebody's relationship without referring to it's sexual aspect specifically. In my comment, I accused them of fucking, not dating 😂

In this case, using the word "sexual" means a straight talk. Without using "sexual" , it is not a straight talk anymore.
