Waldy, "has born" simply doesn't exist. There is no such verb as "born". There is only a verb "to be born".
She GAVE BIRTH to a boy.

Olga is right - In this case you would say "has bornE" a boy.

Waldy, the verb BEAR means (1) to carry something; and (2) to have a baby. However, the past participle of (1) is BORN, and that of (2) is BORNE. "She has borne three children in the past six years." -but- "She has born this guilt for a long time."
