Here I see that a person is talking about his job , so I used справляешься which means he is doing somebody's task. But it could also be у тебя все отлично получается.

А Ну как, справляешься?

Ok, yeah it applies to any situation where someone is discouraged and about to give up, or if you just want to encourage someone to continue.
