Я считаю, неправильно переводить слово "фитнес" обратно на английский не как fitness.

Grumbler, in English, FITNESS refers to one’s physical condition. So saying “Good fitness!” to someone is the same as saying “Nice body!” (<—which, accompanied by laughter would pretty much amount to an insult). If I understood everything correct, the speaker here was addressing a group about to climb a mountain and predicting that with this EXERCISE they could even lose a couple kilos.
