Absolutely. If your husband is always in a t-shirt and jeans and you come home and he’s all dressed up in a suit for an interview, you can say “Wow, look at YOU all dressed up (and shit)!” or “Look at YOU looking all formal!”

In my example with the husband doing a favor for the lady next door, the wife IS complimenting him, but in a sarcastic way. It’s like “Wow, you’re so helpful all of a sudden! How come you never do that for ME?”
