Eugene, TRAINING is uncountable in this context, so A sounds ungrammatical. Furthermore, "and also we shall" is an unnatural word order, to say nothing of the use of SHALL for the future, which sounds Shakespearian in modern English. Finally, it would be "last year'S MATERIAL" (no need to mention LEARNING and MATERIAL singular).

Oh, and BRUSH UPON is incorrect - if anything, it should be BRUSH UP ON.

Much better. You should use contractions - they make your English more natural: WE'RE here FOR motivational training... WE’LL be brushING up on...
