There’s no telling what it means because we don’t talk like that in real life. You can literally interpret it any way you want: life is demanding if you don’t understand it; life is demanding and it doesn’t understand; Life is demanding, and nobody can understand it, etc.  furthermore, the band is Swedish, so English isn’t even their first language. They just want to rhyme and sound cool

Да. Ну на том же плане, что сказать например English is difficult without understanding. C грамматикой все вроде в порядке, хотя услышав это понятия не имеешь, о чем же речь.
