Aleh, the second part is actually a question: (Are you) finding...?
Do you have videos on how to use this? Finding the icons overwhelming and reference material long and hard to follow?

Do you have videos on how to use this? Finding the icons is overwhelming and reference material is long and hard to follow.
EditadoУ вас есть видео, как этим пользоваться? Потому что находить иконки невероятно трудно, а описание длинное и запутанное.

If the question mark is supposed to be here, both of them taken as a whole don't make sense. Unless they were said by two separate communicating persons, there's no logic here. But, if the question mark was put by mistake, then the whole thing makes sense even though it is not grammatically correct.
The question mark is intended. Sometimes we make this type of question in which we leave off the words DO YOU -or- ARE YOU -or- HAVE YOU. In this case it's ARE YOU finding...?
I got that part. Do these two questions make sense to you?
Yes. A lot of websites have FAQ (frequently asked questions). The first question here is probably the title "question", and the second is the rhetorical beginning of the answer.
I don't agree with you. It doesn't look like a part of FAQ to me. I wish we could get the source. I'll change the question, so you'd be able to see why I think I'm right.

Agree or disagree, but this makes perfect sense to me.
