Uly, as far as I understand "prices quoted" can be "posted prices", "online prices" and maybe sometimes "spoken prices" ...

I know that they're both used, however I was responding to the Russian указанный which for some reason sounds more to me like a posted official fixed price than a quoted flexible or fluctuating price (range).
