Actually, this is the only time we use SHALL. The British use it to form the future tense, Americans never do. Good job!

I would say we use should and shall in equal measure in this context.

Oh, I see. Indeed, in an article on Internet I just found it is stated that 'shall' nowadays is used almost in only one scenario, when someone is suggesting their help to other person; as in Shall I help you? It’s too crowded here, shall we go to park instead?

Exactly, that’s what I mean. We don’t use it to form the future, we just use it in suggestions like the ones you mentioned, or in your wonderful translations above.
