By the way:
Boasting about children, farm animals, poultry, and pets is not only "not good", but might put them at risk. I know a family that had a good cow. The cow gave a lot of milk and butter. They didn't stop saying how happy they are with such a productive cow, and the butter in the milk went low soon. With no way back.
As for children, everything may turn out more serious...

In our culture, we not only don’t boast about our kids, we don’t like other people fawning over them. We put a piece of pitch in a necklace to protect them from this.
