Elena, not bad. One suggestion (aside form “be happy to”) If you say “English is NOW my hobby” it translates the transition from interest to hobby more fully.

Also, it sounds more natural to MAKE friends (you don’t need NEW)

Here's the difference: (1) Zoya is my wife now = I used to be married to Galia, but now I'm with Zoya; (2) Zoya is now my wife = She used to be my girlfriend, but we got married last week.
