Dedicated to Nazi’s prisoners (?)

I may be mistaken, but the adjective/noun in a possessive case normally are to denote from what country prisoners are, no?

Not sure either , that's why I asked Uly to check it.

Also had a thought that the prisoners were Germans.

I would say "Dedicated to the prisoners of Nazi Germany"
