Учебные условия is something unidiomatic. There's an expression условия для учёбы that describes the surroundings that are conducive to study.

We call the strictures in place for becoming a student условия приёма/зачисления.
So the question doesn't have any sense to me unless you edit it.

Учебные условия - It sounds a little bit not natural. We usually say - условия для учёбы.
Родители создали своему сыну все условия для учёбы.

Во-вторых, как Андриолли и я отметили, словосочетание странное. А значит, его надо исправить при переводе. Перевод пойдёт в словарь.
