Unfortunately, I can't. Because this dialogue is taken from the videogame. Two people makе an exchange in a hotel.
So I thought "host" in this context translates as the owner of the hotel.

A host would never be an owner. It’s either the person throwing a party or the person who receives you at a restaurant, checks your booking, and takes you to your table.

A host is also a person or animal that’s carrying a virus or parasite that can infect other people.
