I don't know if I agree with потрясно if this just means awesome. HOT is sexual and refers to how your body looks in what you're wearing. So you wouldn't tell your friends mom, dressed for a wedding, that she looks hot. I don't know if потрясно has the same connotation.

Сексуально - слово есть. Только его используют более осторожно, чем английское sexy. В английском sex, fuck, penis and vagina можно услышать на каждом углу. В русском аналоги услышишь редко и сказаны они будут, возможно, приглушенным голосом.
