Несколько минут назад вышло обновление лингво на андроид, и я вынужден взять некоторые свои слова по поводу застоя назад, так как был приятно удивлен - наконец-то реализована такая важная функция, как уведомления. Теперь это позволит осуществлять обратную связь с людьми и вовремя реагировать на комментарии к переводам, что скажется и на их качестве. Хотелось бы здесь в комментариях узнать, как обстоят дела со стороны задающих запрос: у них также выходят уведомления о комментрариях переводчиков?
It is good when you are the writer of the note. But when you are not, and you are discussing somewhere else, you still have to do it the old way, that is go to the note and see if someone replied to what you wrote. Still, we need this edit button. :-)

All participants of any post thread (post and comment authors) now are notified about all new activity in this thread, i.e. about new translations and comments for question threads or about only new comments for the other types of threads.
New notifications are supported only by Android app now.
Petr. I got 46 today but guess what. I only knew it until I entered the app. Yesterday I got it on my phones' notification, as a yahoo e-mail, etc. But today, I did not. The amount of them?
Never mind, Petr. Now it shows 15 right on the app button. Still, it showed yesterday on my feed. Anyway, I will keep an eye on it. Thanks for the improvements, though.

Sometimes it says you have x number of notifications and you cannot read any. I tried to screenshot it when it happened, but it seemed I did not do it right and then, it dissapeared. I will keep an eye on it. :-)
Marissa, here's some of my experience:
if you press the notifications button to see the list of your notifications, then choose one of them you'll see the thread that has updates. there still will be the notification button, showing the number of notifications, but you won't be able to press it. you just have to press "back" to return to the list of your notifications. I don't know whether it's a bug of a feature, but it seems to be quite logical.
