Thank you, Aleh! Just one thing: What's your take? is used to assess a situation, not people. It means "what do you think of all this?" But I understood the gist of ну как, which I think means something like "So what do you think?" correct?

Век - живи, век - учись. I thought What's your take" can be used both about people and a situation. In this case, " So what do you think" is more appropriate. However, the Russian "ну как" doesn't specify whether it was asked about a situation or a person. Although the meaning of "ну как" can be inferred from the second question " Я.." , still, there must be a specific situation, in which the person' acton took place. Then, "ну как" can be reffered to the situation. Or, am I wrong?

You are correct. If you're telling me that in Russian ну как can refer to both people and situations, that's good to know :-)
