Alexander: Unlike in Russian, we rarely or never use phrases to describe nouns as in this example: "professionally-engaged-in-the-translation people." Instead, we turn the descriptive part into a RELATIVE CLAUSE (т.е. типа ", который, кто, что," и т.д.) and place it AFTER the noun: People WHO ARE PROFESSIONALLY ENGAGED IN TRANSLATION WORK.
